このエラーは　「mvn package」　コマンドを使ったり、
「mvn install」　コマンドを使う途中で安いエラーです。

もし　「mvn package」　の問題でしたら

CMDの初期経路を確認してください。初期パスが的確じゃない場所に設定してあるので、pom.xmlを探しできない状態になっている恐れがあります。

この場合、pom.xmlを右クリック　→　show in explorer　でパスを調べ設定して

改めて「mvn package」をして頂けば、正常に起動できることを確認できるはずです。
